Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Shells 🧀

Ingredients:

20 jumbo pasta shells

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F.

Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and let cool slightly.

In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Spoon the chicken mixture into each cooked shell and place them in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Once all shells are filled and arranged in the dish, sprinkle extra mozzarella cheese on top.

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired. Serve hot!

Buffalo Chicken Pizza 🍕

Ingredients:

1 pre-made pizza crust (12-inch)

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped

1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce (mild or hot, your choice)

1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese if preferred)

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Optional: sliced green onions or chopped celery for topping

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 425°F.

In a bowl, toss the cooked chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.

Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza pan.

Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle the garlic powder over the dressing for added flavor.

Top with the buffalo chicken mixture, spreading it out evenly.

Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the chicken.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the crust are golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.

Brown Sugar Caramel Sauce 🍯

Ingredients:

1 cup light brown sugar (packed)

1/2 cup heavy cream

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Directions:

In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, heavy cream, and butter.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the butter is melted and the mixture begins to boil.

Let it boil gently for about 5 minutes, stirring often. The sauce should thicken slightly.

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

BBQ Chicken Mac and Cheese 🧀

Ingredients:

2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups milk

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped

1 cup BBQ sauce (any brand you like)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute until bubbly, stirring constantly.

Slowly whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens, about 5-6 minutes. Stir frequently.

Reduce heat to low and stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth.

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese sauce.

Stir in the cooked macaroni until it’s fully coated.

Ingredients:

1 lb beef steak (sirloin or flank), thinly sliced

8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine works great)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)

Directions:

Cook the pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

½ cup granulated sugar

¼ tsp salt

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

½ cup fresh lemon juice (≈2‑3 lemons)

2 Tbsp lemon zest

⅔ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup all‐purpose flour

1 cup fresh blackberries (plus a few extra for garnish)

¼ cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350 °F. Line an 8×8‑inch baking dish with parchment paper leaving an overhang for easy removal.

In a medium bowl, whisk together 1½ cups flour, ½ cup sugar, and salt. Add melted butter and stir until just combined. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish to form the crust.

Bake the crust for about 15–18 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and set aside.

Meanwhile, in another bowl, whisk eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, ⅔ cup sugar, and ¼ cup flour until smooth. Gently fold in the fresh blackberries.

1 tsp dried Italian seasoning (or oregano)

Directions:

1 cup heavy cream

Directions:

Season the sliced chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Directions:

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning

1/2 cup water

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups milk

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup salsa (mild or medium)

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease. Add taco seasoning and water, stir well, and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce Base:
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, whisking constantly.

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup roasted red peppers (from a jar), sliced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

Toothpicks or kitchen twine to secure

Directions:

Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.

Prepare the Chicken:
