Did you know that Design East is celebrating 40 years this summer?! 1982 to 2022!! It's amazing that we have been in business this long! 2 generations, 3 recessions (potentially 4), and hundreds of awards later, we are still creating beautiful spaces! We have even created a sister company, Coastal General Contracting and Interiors! We now have home building, construction management and interior design all under one roof. The future is exciting for what's in store for us! Stay tuned for images and a separate site for the coastal GC!

Kellingrove! This project has been 3 to 4 years in the making! I finally just installed the last pieces of furniture today! We did a model there which I have already posted, but the lobby/common and outdoor areas have been almost a year of waiting! And we were involved in selections, etc of this hotel like common space. Other than this project, we have been working quietly in the background on lots of other things, personal homes, office spaces and the new venture of building houses! Design East is adding GCing and new home building and design to its repertoire. Lots of picture of all of this to come over the next few months. :-) but for now, here is the Kellingrove common space.....(pictures are from new construction to finish product)...
