A transformation that made the whole home feel more like them.

We wanted this space to feel warm, layered, personal, and collected rather than overly designed. Every room and detail was considered together, from the kitchen and dining area to the fireplace, cabinetry, lighting, and styling.

It is amazing what happens when all of those little decisions come together.

A little bit of nostalgia, a little bit of old-world charm, and a whole lot of intentional design. 🤎

This dining room was designed around the idea of bringing something meaningful from the past into a home that feels completely its own. The apothecary-inspired cabinet adds storage, character, and that collected-over-time feeling that makes a space feel personal rather than perfectly staged.

A before & after of our most recent project, let us know what you think.

For The Sabin Sanctuary, we wanted the home to feel collected, warm, and deeply personal without losing the function a family actually needs every day. Natural walnut, rich green tile, vintage pieces, layered art, and plenty of storage brought the personality forward while making the kitchen and living spaces work harder.

Luxury doesn’t have to mean precious. Sometimes it looks like a kitchen that can actually be lived in, a pantry where everything has a place, and a home that feels more like you with every detail.

The Sabin Sanctuary 🍃 Our newest project feels like the kind of home you’d find tucked away with a little history, a lot of character, and just the right amount of magic.

Warm walnut cabinetry, deep green tile, natural stone, sculptural lighting, and layered vintage-inspired details come together to create a home that feels collected rather than decorated.

This is moody, warm, functional luxury at its best, and we’re only giving you a little taste for now, but there is plenty more to come.
