Today I’m honoring my dad, Michael Crist, and all of those who gave everything in service to our country. 🇺🇸

My dad was only 19 years old when he served in Vietnam. He came home to a country that didn’t always show the honor and gratitude our veterans deserved. Yet he carried on. What stayed with him most were those who never made it home — the MIA and the brothers he carried in his heart for the rest of his life.

Today, I’m thinking of him in Heaven and praying for all veterans and families who continue to carry those memories, losses, and burdens long after service ends.

May we never forget the cost of freedom and the people behind it.

Today was the last day of 🏫 school… and it hit a little different. 💜

This week someone passed away far too soon, and it reminded me how precious time really is. It’s the one thing money can’t buy. 🥺

I’m so grateful for every person who has supported our small business—shopped, shared, attended classes, encouraged me, or simply followed along. 🫶 Those who know me know this business has always been my creative outlet, and I’m so blessed and grateful I get to do it.

But summer is here. 🌞

While I’ll still be creating, fulfilling orders, and working my full-time job, I’m choosing to be more present for my girl and my sweet husband. This is another summer I can’t get back. 🌅

So if I’m a little quieter here, I’m not going anywhere—I’m just choosing stories over perfect posts and savoring every ounce of sunshine and every core memory. 🔵

The website and Etsy are still open, and you can still find customer favorites at Divine Leopard in Lake Dallas. Come to a class and say hi!
