There is something about a woman who has made nourishment her entire world. Not just the food itself, but the beauty of it and the intention behind it. Someone who truly understands the way it makes you feel.

Joyce Abady has built a whole philosophy around eating as an act of care and we are so lucky that she and her family and supply our salads and other coveted bites from their menu every single day at BloomBar.

You don’t need to cater an affair to experience a little bit of their magic. You just have to walk through our doors.

Joyce began on a simple journey through juicing and evolved into a whole clean eating practice long before it was trending. Always an innovator and but continuously developing by listening to your feedback… Taking your questions about how much dressing or how little each salad needs. Figuring out how to weave the things you love into a new menu. Making whole foods feel incredible. She reminded us that an obsession over a cookie is completely real and entirely valid 😉and that kind of devotion shows up in everything she touches.

Joyce’s essence is present in our daily lives. The consistency of her salads, the freshness, the taste, the love. She is the reason you obsess over a Vegan Caesar. Her recipes are unparalleled (and often copied…but never measure up to the original)

This conversation reminded me that the right partnerships don’t just feed your business. They feed your soul.

She started by feeding people. And if you know Raquel, that tracks completely because everything she does is an act of love.

I got to know Raquel through the flowers. The many many bouquets she has sent over the years, to so many people, for so many reasons. You feel her in the cards she writes. In the thoughtfulness behind every single one. She is always thinking of others, always asking herself how she can make someone feel good, feel seen, feel remembered.

What she has built over time goes so much deeper than any dish or any delivery. She shows up for people. She makes you feel like you are her favorite person in the room and somehow she manages to make everyone feel that way at once. Her positivity is not performed. It is hard won, lived through, earned in the ways that only real experience can teach you.

And now she is turning all of that toward the next generation. Guiding, mentoring, bringing spirituality into the conversation with the same warmth she brings to everything else.

Whether through or her newest project , this is a woman who has always known that the greatest thing you can give someone is the feeling that they matter.
