There was a time when I rushed everything.
Rushed decisions. Rushed healing. Rushed success. Rushed rest.
As if slowing down meant falling behind.

But somewhere along the way, I mastered the art of not rushing.
And at this stage of life, that feels like one of my greatest accomplishments.

I no longer force timelines.
I no longer panic over what hasn’t happened yet.
I no longer abandon my peace trying to keep up with the noise around me.

Now?
I move with intention.
I choose calm over chaos.
I allow things to unfold without treating every moment like an emergency.
And let me tell you something, women 50+: This kind of peace is earned.
