And if there’s one thing I hope you take away from the week, it’s this:

A good idea is not the same thing as a good business.

Vision asks:
What are you really building, for whom, and why?

Strategy asks:
How are you going to get there—and what are you not going to chase along the way?

Ex*****on asks:
Who is doing what, when, and how do we keep moving when the excitement wears off?

And Growth asks:
How do we expand what is working without losing the very thing we worked so hard to build?

Because bigger isn’t always better.

Better is better.

The framework isn’t about making entrepreneurship complicated. It’s actually about doing the opposite—giving your ideas structure so you can stop throwing spaghetti at the wall and calling whatever sticks a business plan. 😂
