Spreadable Creations When life gives you fruit, make jam! I had the chance to do all of this and enjoyed it as a kid and still enjoy it as an adult.

Growing up in the back yard of my Great-grand parents house in Southern Alabama; I learned a lot about canning fresh fruits and vegetables, making jams, jellies, butters and relishes and using your natural resources to survive on a daily basis. After breakfast we would pick the vegetables that were to be used for lunch and after lunch we would go back out in the garden and pick the vegetables that

were to be used for dinner, and everything in between was canning, processing and jamming. If we weren't creaming the corn we were picking 5 gallon buckets of blackberries from the field,or picking pears from the tree in the front and making pear honey on the side. I now have 3 daughters of my own and both of my Great-grand parents have passed, I have taken the opportunity to include my children in my memories from my childhood and have allowed them to learn the ways that I did and enjoyed so much both then and now. Spreadable Creations is unique variety of homemade jellies, jams and butters that I have taken and maintained original flavors, and have twisted the flavors of others creating different flavors of natural fruits.

Closing in on day 2 and the pollen is still seeping out of those little flowers! I may let it sit another day!

Working on a table line up this week. Original items will go out as well as a few new items. I'm also working on a couple of things this week that might be able to slide onto the table as well. Dad bags were not done this year either. Between working with the school and being out working in the orchards, i just didn't get them done.

It's been a minute... but they are back! Pickled Peaches 🍑! I even did something I've never done before and made a spicy one with crushed red pepper flakes. I'll just let the colors do the talking! Also done but not pictured:

I love going out and spending time in the orchards, there is a calm about it when you are standing under and in the middle of a peach 🍑tree! The gulf coast isn't the only place you can find those sunset colors! Need something to do after school or even this weekend? Head on over to Graham's U Pick Peaches to find it for yourself! I was out today helping in the orchard and managed to find myself in the middle of the trees again! The trees are loaded, fully ripe and ready to go! If you find a green peach 🍑 you have classic talent because there are hardly in the orchard! Today was only day 1!

I will be out in the peach 🍑 orchard starting Thursday afternoon until Sunday afternoon! Working on attempting to get Dad bags done before we leave for Arizona on the 30th and back before next Oviedo Farmers Market the first Saturday in June. Dad bags will go out weekly until sold out! This years anticipation for them are Bourbon 🥃Peach 🍑Bbq 🍗Sauce, Bourbon 🥃Bacon 🥓 Jam and Balsamic Onion 🧅Jam. Updates to follow! If you plan on preordering, i will need to know how many and MUST be paid for at time of order. In the past i have taken preorders and set aside for market payment and pick up and have had several no shows. It is not fair to those who are looking for them and i am not able to offer. I can no longer hold without payment.
