Something amazing happens within you when you start transforming your mind and body. It's not about looking perfect, it's about being confident and strong in who you are inside and out. It's self love and self care. We go through life always caring for everyone else and then lose ourselves. Trust me, it happened to me. The good news is you have every moment to change that. That doesn't mean stop taking care of your family, it means taking some time to do something to better yourself and make you feel good. I work out in our shed and run on the neighborhood or at a trail with no expensive gym membership. Being outside is a good calmness in itself. Take an extra few minutes in the shower. Drink more water. Meditate. Whatever you can for whatever amount you can every single day. If I can do it, you can too! You are capable and it will change your life!

You might be a mess, but you're a beautiful mess. Remember that! I haven't been on this page for a while and I mainly used it for food stuff; which I will still do, but we all need a little motivation and positivity too. When I started this page it was for a creative outlet and it still is, I'll just be posting a little differently.
