Cuban tree frog 🐸

During a previous market, my husband thought that we should make more ‘minis.’ He was so excited about the idea I just had to follow through. They are so cute and great to accent a small space with extra color!

We also thought that it would be fun to draw critters for the minis. I’ve scaled down some other designs to fit these small frames, but it wouldn’t have the same effect unless I created specifically sized art.

At our most recent market, we were able to stand a ‘critter corner’ with different minis that people could choose from. Definitely need to make more designs in the near future 😅

To this day, this painting is still my pride and joy. It has the right amount of cuteness and realism. I love all of my art, but I gravitate to this one in particular because it reminds me of home. As someone that grew up in central Florida, manatees are loved and well respected animals.

The best way to understand your ideal setup is to just go out and try it out! Still figuring mine out haha No matter how much I pre-plan there is always something new to improve on that you’ll only notice once you’re at an event.

Many thanks to my hubby for making this wooden register booth for me! It helps me keep all of the to-go bags handy and not an eye sore 😮‍💨

Maybe cliche, but whale sharks are truly my favorite animals. Just being able to see one in person makes me feel giddy like a little kid again! What are your favorite animals? There’s so many to choose from 🤩
