I know, I know… I was late to the pumpkin game.

But here’s the thing: Pumpkin for the People isn’t really for me—it’s for all of you. And if I was going to make a pumpkin scent, you know I had to create one I actually loved.

So I took my favorite fall memories and put them in a candle.
My absolute favorite fall dessert? A good homemade pumpkin roll.
That’s the inspo behind Pumpkin for the People. Sweet pumpkin, creamy goodness, and those comforting fall spices that smell like your favorite autumn memories.

Maybe I was late to the pumpkin game… but I think this one was worth the wait.

Well... this might be the hardest post I've had to write because who actually knows how to introduce themselves? 😅

So here's me.
I'm a mom of teenagers, which basically means I'm permanently uncool.

😂 I'm a teacher by day, a wife, and I'm almost always dreaming about where I'm traveling next.

I'm messy (with a capital M), loyal to my core, and I love people hard. I have big feelings, I'm a little bougie, a little bossy (I'm working on my listening skills 😅), and I have a deep love for finding beauty in things that most people overlook.

I'm all about sustainability, one-of-a-kind finds, and leaving this world a little better for the kids growing up in it. Forgotten & Found is really just an extension of all of that.

You'll usually find me wandering the thrift store, searching high and low for the perfect vessel to turn into a candle or dreaming up a scent we haven't done yet. I love the thrill of the hunt, and I never want this business to feel cookie-cutter. You never know what you're going to find around here, and I kind of love that.

More than anything, I do this because I love creating and I love this community. Meeting people, chatting at markets, and growing this little circle has been the best part of the journey.

Whether you've been here since day one or you just found me, thank you. Thanks for cheering me on, shopping small, and being here. Every conversation, every order, and every interaction means more than you know.

The OG Forgotten & Found friends already know this... but I get asked all the time, "Wait... you do refills?!"

Yes! I absolutely do. 😂

It's one of the easiest ways to save a little money, keep your favorite scent, and reuse the vessel you already have. Win-win-win.

As much as I can be a little bougie, I also love a good deal and appreciate anything that's budget-friendly. So if you've got an empty, bring it back and I'll refill it for you. 🤍

I knew when I signed up to do the farmers market that I was going to have fun. I love our farmers market, and I love Westerville, but I had no idea how much I'd genuinely look forward to it!

The best part isn't even the sales. It's getting to see familiar faces, meeting new people, talking about products I'm passionate about, and just being part of this community. Those conversations and connections have become my favorite part of the day.

Every week I'm bringing something new, trying something different, and having a blast doing it.
