These tillandsia are certainly getting into the Valentine's Day spirit - a nice mix of pink, red, and purple 💗
Did you know that all air plants tend to "blush" before sending out some of their beautiful blooms? They eventually return to their frosty green hues, but I love to see them really show off sometimes! After each bloom cycle, you are usually rewarded with a pup (baby plant) growing from the base of your mama tillandsia - they are so teensy and cute!
These colorful babes will be coming with me to Hustle & Heart Night Market February tomorrow night - will you be snagging one for your Valentine (or yourself)?

February14th is fast-approaching, and that means it's the perfect time to grab your Valentine a Love Fern! I'll have several kokedama ferns and cork-mounted fern varieties this Thursday at Hustle and Heart Night Market (link in comments)! They are great for plant parents who love to dote on their plants, and can be displayed as a hanging plant or set on a little dish 🌿

Pileas may be my favorite plants to propagate - check out the tiny baby leaves they throw out at the same time as they develop roots! 😻 This mama leaf fell off when I was repotting, and has been sitting in a glass jar for about 3 weeks. I'll let the new baby plant and roots develop a bit more before transferring it to a pot + soil - I think I have a vintage teacup that may be a perfect starter home for it 😊

A little coffee cup wisdom on a rainy, moody Tuesday 🌿 For me, keeping life simple means taking extra time to slowly sip + savor my morning coffee, planning out my week, and (of course) surrounding myself with plants! Do you have a little ritual that helps you center yourself? Let me know below ⬇️ - I love to hear your suggestions ♡

I've been lucky to find some seriously gorgeous containers to upcycle lately, and I'll be bringing them to all my shows soon! If you have any plants you've been looking for, I'd be happy to source them for you - just send me a message ♡

Cheers to a new week! One of my favorite ways to display tillandsia is in vintage silver goblets - no drilling or soil required 🍃 They lift these air plants up, ensuring plenty of air flow, which is what they crave! Once a week, I take them out and give them a good soak in a big bowl of water (rainwater, if possible 🌧), and once I've given them a good shake to remove extra water, back on display they go!

Come see me at this Saturday (11/16) to scoop up this beauty plus plenty more!

This little lady 🐞 was hanging on for dear life to the outside of my kitchen window. After some research, it looks like some ladybugs overwinter indoors, so she's got a home for the season in this little pilea glauca. Name suggestions welcome! 😄🐞

I still love this little trio of planters, all of which have been adopted into new homes! The amethyst cluster paired with the rex begonia was a special favorite 🖤 If you are local to the Olympia area, come adopt your own plant baby next week at (September 19th!) 🌿

I have to say, I absolutely love the growing trend of microweddings and intimate elopements 💍 Did you have a traditional big wedding, or did you do something off the beaten path?

The gorgeous Meg of .goods decided on an intimate ceremony with a beautiful location, a gorgeous dress, an incredibly talented photographer (), and custom flowers designed by me ♡ I love her style, and want to wish her all the happiness in the world with her new husband!
