Hope your Christmas was wonderful and relaxing!
Now that the hustle and bustle of Christmas has come and gone we have taken advantage of these warmer days to get some of our own projects up and going.
While cutting the studs I was mulling over some ideas for some patio furniture builds...the easy to take down and reassemble kind so that you can sneak it home without asking hubby to carry it from the vehicle to the deck 😏 . All this warm weather has me thinking of spring and building pretty planters spilling out with flowers ...but for now .....
It is exciting to see the first wall go up! 😄

After taking some time for hunting and house building I am back in the woodshop but this time the kids are the ones behind the safety glasses 🤓
The girls are in the shop this week making some wooden kids puzzles and crafting up some christmas tree ornaments.

I dont post every build as some are gifts and I dont want to ruin someones surprise but i got this wonderful msg yesterday of how this build has transformed. I'm so jealous I didnt make myself a set of these shelves 😍 Anesa Huckell added her own style with the most perfect stain colour and hanging pattern. It looks amazing! I love getting appreciation photos. Thank you !

It's been a while! The fall has been a hectic time around our home this year.... but ...I managed to plunk away on this little project for a more then patient customer !!
I can't wait to see how she adds her own finishing touches to it to make the shelves a style of her own🥰

I'm loving the simplicity of this black ash burl hanger!
It's almost calming!

I wanted to keep the design simple so nothing would take away from the beautiful patterns in the wood itself .
