One of the questions we get asked often is:

"What size cutting board should I buy?"

Honestly? It depends on how you cook and the size of your space.

The smaller board pictured here gets used constantly in our house. It's perfect for quick cuts when I don't want to pull out the big board.

But when it's time to make dinner for the family, the larger board earns its keep. More space. Less mess. Plenty of room to work.

That's why we keep both.

These aren't showroom pieces sitting on a shelf—they're the boards we use every week, and they've become some of the hardest-working items in our kitchen.
