After my brain tried to skip ahead yesterday, we are officially in the kitchen for real bake day! The house is already starting to smell like baking bread, flour is on the counters, and the oven is preheating.

There is nothing quite like Friday kitchen energy around here.

Fully convinced myself it was Friday morning for a solid hour today. 😅

I was all ready to turn the oven on, get my hands in the dough, and start bake day... until I checked the calendar and realized it's Thursday. Coffee clearly hasn't kicked in yet!
