Airfried Crispy Chickpea Falafel 🧆🌱
Golden, crunchy chickpea falafel—airfried for a healthier, crispy result without frying! 🌱✨
🛒 Ingredients:
• 1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp olive oil
👨🍳 Directions:
• Blend chickpeas, garlic, flour, cumin, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth but slightly chunky.
• Form into small balls and lightly brush with olive oil.
• Airfry at 200°C (390°F) for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
• Serve warm with tahini or dipping sauce.
