In my weekly YouTube video, I show how to turn one 6×6 sheet of Designer Series Paper into four card pieces with just two cuts! I show a simple card template that you can use again and again with your favorite DSP or patterned paper. I also share several finished cards using the same basic template so you can see how easily the look changes just by switching the paper, embellishments, and orientation of the design. In today’s video, I demonstrate how I changed the DSP on this Triple Z-fun fold card to brighten it up. I run through the process of my decision making and end up with a much brighter card than I originally planned. I used the Golden Glow, Sunflower Fields, and Autumn Opulence DSP for this card.

In today’s video, I’m using the Stampin’ Up! Elegant Leaves stamp set to show how easy it is to add several colors to one leaf stamp for a gorgeous autumn effect. I’ll make two cards with you. For the first, I’ll show you how I add different fall colors to the leaf using ink and a finger dauber to create depth and variation. Then we’ll change things up with a second card featuring a beautiful gold heat-embossed leaf for a completely different—and very elegant—look. Both cards are fairly easy to make, but they show just how versatile one stamp can be. And be sure to stay until the end, because I’ll share two additional Elegant Leaves cards for even more inspiration.

Looking for an easy way to make Christmas gift cards feel a little more personal? In today’s video, I’m sharing two easy Christmas gift card holders using the same simple Z-fold layout—one in a portrait orientation and one in a landscape orientation.

For the portrait version, I’m using the All Wrapped Up DSP along with the Wrapped Greenery stamps and Shimmering Stripes Specialty Paper. For the landscape version, I’m using the adorable A Little Christmas Designer Series Paper. The finished holder looks like a wrapped present—with another little present tucked inside!

I’ll also show you two additional versions using Neutral Noel and Whispering Woods for even more Christmas inspiration. Once you see how easily this basic layout can be changed with different papers, colors and embellishments, I think you’ll find lots of ways to make it your own.

In today's YouTube video, I show how to use simple card sketches to create beautiful handmade cards — and put those Designer Series Paper scraps to work at the same time!

I make the cards using the Moonlit Flora and Violet Dreams DSP. These are the same templates I used in my earlier post using the Santa’s Hat stamp set last week. The card sketches were CASE’d from Really Robin Stamps.

I show how easy it is to make this fun-fold card using the Welcome Noel bundle and the Whispering Woods DSP in my weekly YouTube video. After I made the card, I show 2 more examples using different products: the Neutral Noel DSP and the Swiss Dots Hot Foil plate for a second Christmas card, and the Memorable Garden stamp set and the Mosaic Garden DSP for a non-Christmas example.

Another card using the Santa's Hat stamp set. I think this stamp is adorable; I only wish it came with a die. But the hat is easy enough to fussy cut (or even easier if you have a Scan 'n Cut, like I do, thankfully). I used images from A Little Christmas DSP for the squares. It's an easy card layout that I cased from Really Robin - Robin Armbrecht, Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator and I'll be doing a YouTube video making a card with this layout using another bundle soon. I hope you'll stop by and watch on Chris Is Stampin.
