This weekend I had the opportunity to make another cake for someone at work and this time it was……boss man. That’s right, this cake was for our manager’s going away party today! While I had some curveballs with this cake, it still tasted yummy and everyone loved it! I also made some lemon bars for the party and those were a hit too!

These cupcakes consist of homemade chocolate cake with andes mints mixed within and a peppermint buttercream with crushed andes mints on top.
