It is with great honor we announce that our Midtown Parade Home came in 1st and took Best Design as well! The Epic team partnered with homeowner and designer Johnathon Kok out of Houston, Texas, to recreate a European Tudor style home that felt original and timeless. One judge saying, in 3 years of judging this is the first perfect 10 they gave out!
Neighbors who came by also noted they ‘didn’t know builders still built homes to this level of craftsmanship anymore.’
