You know what they say “try your best and caulk the rest”! At least that must have been the motto of the Lowe’s contractor that installed these windows. I was brought in to remove all the trim, remove the obscene amount of caulk on the windows and re-trim with good ‘ol pvc. Came out nice and will be rot free for life.

This massive deck was in need of some major repairs. Once we dug into it, we realized there was no saving it. We ended up having to do a whole new retaining wall and deck. We made the deck much smaller at the customers request and topped it off with some Trex decking. Over all it was a lot more then expected, but turned out super nice and they have a deck that should outlast the house.

I’m really bad at remembering “before” pictures. But here’s the after of a new front door installation and trimmed out. The old door was a solid wood door with no weather stripping. Needless to say this was a bit of an upgrade.
