This massive deck was in need of some major repairs. Once we dug into it, we realized there was no saving it. We ended up having to do a whole new retaining wall and deck. We made the deck much smaller at the customers request and topped it off with some Trex decking. Over all it was a lot more then expected, but turned out super nice and they have a deck that should outlast the house.

I’m really bad at remembering “before” pictures. But here’s the after of a new front door installation and trimmed out. The old door was a solid wood door with no weather stripping. Needless to say this was a bit of an upgrade.
