Our sale this weekend is at The Lodge at Live Strive Farms off Highway 30 in Oxford. Guess what???? There’s plenty of parking! This place is beautiful and even if you don’t need any items you need to come see it and book a wedding there 😃. I’ll have links to the listing later today so be on the look out.

50% off everything tomorrow(Sunday) 2-4pm. Shuttle pick up at 295 Ms-7 (Orchard Church). I’ll hand out numbers at 1:15 tomorrow and first shuttle heads over at 1:30. I promise the shuttle is fun and easy and pick up of large items is easy too! Don’t be scared to buy furniture. We will make it work. Here’s what’s left!

🌟If you buy something big, arrangements can be made to pick up in your vehicle. It all went great today and a huge shout out to Hotty Toddy Wedding Cars for letting us rent the shuttle on such short notice. ❤️

Address Reveal to the shuttle parking area for our sale this weekend!
🚨 IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION 🚨
DO NOT DRIVE DIRECTLY TO THE ESTATE. Park at address given.
Due to the home’s one-lane access road, there is NO CUSTOMER PARKING at the estate and no parking on highway 7 per OPD.

FREE SHUTTLE PARKING:
295 MS-7 North, Oxford, MS (Orchard Church) They are graciously allowing us to use their parking lot. ❤️

ALL shoppers must park at the shuttle location and ride the shuttle to the sale. It’s a 1 min ride.
The official entry line and numbers will begin at the shuttle location. Numbers will be given out at 8:15 am. Form line if you get there before us. First shuttle pick up is at 8:30. Bus holds 24 people. Arriving directly at the estate will NOT give you an earlier place in line.

Shuttle service will run throughout the sale.

🌟Your place in line is determined by your number at the shuttle location—not by your arrival at the estate.🌟

* Entry numbers will be given ONLY at the shuttle parking location.
* You must be present to receive a number. Please do not save places in line for people who have not arrived.
* Please keep your number until you have entered the sale.
* If your number is called and you are not present, we will continue with the next customer.
* The shuttle will provide transportation both to and from the estate throughout sale hours.
* Large-item/furniture pickup will be coordinated by Oxford Estate Sales staff. Please do not drive to the estate for pickup without speaking with us first.
* For everyone’s safety, please do not walk from the parking area to the estate.

We know this is a little different from our usual sales, but this system allows us to safely hold this sale at a beautiful property with very limited access. We appreciate your patience and cooperation—and we think this one will be worth the ride! 😊

Address reveal will be posted a little later than normal today because we’re trying to figure out logistics. There will be a shuttle service bringing people in to the sale because of parking issues and safety because it’s right off a major Highway.  I’ll post as soon as we have it all figured out.

Here’s the link to our sale that starts this weekend in Oxford. There are so many more pictures that will be added. This is just 2 1/2 rooms. It is a packed house. Pray for me pricing all these items 😬. Address will be released Thursday morning and no prices given out before the sale. 🌟

Our team wants to thank you for all the votes! When the lady called to tell us that we won she said that we had a crazy number of votes. We appreciate the love and support that each of you give us week after week. You guys are what makes all this hard work worth it. I want to say that we wouldn’t win anything ever if it wasn’t for my amazing team that shows up with a smile everyday and treats people with kindness and respect. They are the best! 💙❤️💙❤️
