Now that the tulips are winding down, on to month FOUR of my new monthly ornament goal… and this one is still in progress.

These are a vintage-inspired set with simple, classic words — Believe, Merry, Cheer, Joy.

They’re not painted yet, but I already love how clean and timeless they feel. The kind of pieces that mix in easily with what you already have and don’t feel trendy or overdone.

Sharing a little sneak peek before they’re finished — because sometimes the process is part of the story.

Curious… do you prefer more classic ornaments or something a little more whimsical?

Made by me, with care.

It’s been a busy few weeks around the day hustle… but even in the chaos, we stop and appreciate the office peeps who keep everything running.

So I made a few small tokens 💛
(and with Earth Day doing its thing too… the timing felt pretty perfect).

Happy Friday! Attn RV’rs!

I’m working on a small booth setup for a summer RV jamboree… and I could really use your honest take.

Not what you love… but what you’d pass right by.

If you were walking through a market while camping or traveling in your RV, what would you NOT buy?

Too big?
Too cutesy?
Too much like something you’ve seen everywhere already?
Not practical enough for a small space?

I’ve got a few ideas in the works (some camping pieces, small signs, maybe a few functional things), but I want to make sure I’m creating things that actually earn their place… especially in a space like an RV.

Nothing is off limits here—tell me what makes you keep walking.

(And if you’ve ever bought something at a market and later thought “why did I get this?”… I’d love to hear that too 😄)

This helps me more than you know 🤍

Photos for inspiration only.

I learned a lot with this little white custom order.

I don’t usually take customs in April… but this one was for one of my #1 customers, so she gets what she wants 🥰 tulips or not 🌷

Tiny lettering on mini signs is no joke. This one took three tries to get just right—and yes, there may or may not be a perfect reject thanks to a spelling error 😬

Check, check… and check again.

But honestly? These are the pieces I love the most—the ones that take a little extra patience to make sure they turn out just right for someone.

Custom doesn’t have to be complicated… but it does deserve care.

Seeing it out in the tulips like this… it hits a little different 🥹

This one was designed to be stood in, photographed, and remembered—something people can walk up to, step into, and make a little moment of their own.

Wild to think something I helped come to life in a barn is now part of someone’s day out here.

If you go, I hope you stop, take a picture, and maybe linger for a minute. That’s kind of the whole point.

And while you are there, look for last years rendition…

I hope you all had a beautiful Easter. It was a perfect day out in the tulip fields here in the Skagit Valley…

and I spent mine in a barn… wrestling with my biggest sign yet 😅

This one is headed to a pretty special spot—right in the center of a public tulip garden display—so no pressure or anything.

Just me, a whole lot of wood, and the quiet realization that I may have slightly underestimated the phrase “go big.”

But honestly? Seeing it come together layer by layer has been pretty amazing. This one’s going to be hard to miss (and hopefully even harder to forget).

Still a few finishing touches to go, but I couldn’t wait to share a peek.

Made by me, with care… and apparently a willingness to take on projects that don’t fit through normal doorways.

It’s been a bit of a hectic week getting ready for tulip season at my day job… 🌷
but I’ve still managed to sneak in some making time here and there.

A fresh stack of new signs (the last batch sold before they even made it to the website… still wrapping my head around that one), a cute little “sheepish” looking creature that just makes me smile, and a growing pile of tulip car fresheners that feel especially fitting this time of year.

Slowly but surely, things are coming together.

I’ll be getting these listed soon…
so if something catches your eye, keep an eye out—or feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to help you grab one before they disappear again.

Made by me, with care… for real homes and real people.

Well… I poked something a few hundred times and now it’s a goose (only one of those pokes was my finger).

Tried needle felting today and I’m not saying I’ve found my new obsession… but I’m also not not saying that 😏

She’s fluffy. She’s fancy. She’s judging you a little.

So be honest—are we making more of these or what?
