How to cut a Delicata and more importantly another way to cook a delicata!!
here’s everything I did to make this
Maple Glazed Delicata
1 Delicata about 1 pound or so
Oil
Salt
Maple Syrup
Butter
Preheat the oven to 375
Cut and clean the Delicata
Spray with oil and salt it lightly
Roast for 30 minutes cut side down on a baking sheet
Turn over
Lightly score with a butter knife
Drizzle with maple syrup brush over the squash with a pastry brush
Add a couple pats of butter
Bake again 5-10 minutes
Brush with maple syrup again bake 5 more minutes
Enjoy while it’s hot

Winter Squash Season is upon us and it’s time to celebrate! Here’s how I prepared this Delicata Squash.
Preheat the oven to 375F
Wash two Delicata
Split, clean and cut on slices
On a baking sheet toss with oil
Add salt and pepper
Roast 20 minutes
Flip, salt and pepper again
Roast 10-15 more minutes
Enjoy!
