Designing for kids might be our favorite thing. Because when you ask a kid what they love, they just… tell you. No hesitation. And this guy? Baseball. All day, every day.

So we ran with it. The shelves are basically a trophy case for everything he's collected and earned. The desk is where the homework happens (allegedly). And that orange chair… a little pop of personality.

This little corner does a lot of talking for something so quiet. An antique pedestal, a handthrown ceramic vase, wild grasses that look like they were just gathered from outside. And a painting that ties it all together in the most unexpected way.

This is what we mean when we say intentional. Nothing here is filler. Every single piece was chosen because it belongs, and because together they tell a story about the land this home sits on. Nature doesn't need much help. Sometimes you just have to bring it inside.

Tall ceilings are beautiful… but if you’re not careful, they can also feel cold.

For this space, we layered in natural textures everywhere. Wood, travertine, softer textiles, a monochromatic palette. All the things that make a larger room still feel comfortable and inviting at the end of the day.

Powder rooms are where we get to have a little fun! In this Park City mountain home, we kept the original vanity base, because sometimes the best design move is knowing what not to change. It was rustic, it fit the home, and it had character worth keeping.

We swapped out the dated stone countertop for quartzite, replaced the pedestal sink and faucet, and let the natural materials do the rest. Moodier wood tones, layered textures, aged finishes, everything chosen to make this small space feel rich and a little unexpected. A good rustic vanity moment never gets old.

Swipe to see the before!

This breakfast nook quickly became one of the favorite spots in the house. Morning coffee, homework, late night snacks…it gets used for all of it.

And because it flows into the new kitchen, the whole space feels connected, functional, and easy for everyday family life.

We wanted this staircase to feel open and seamless within the space. Clean lines, warmer wood tones, and natural light. The floating treads and glass railing keep everything feeling connected to the landscape outside, which was a huge part of the vision for this Carrigan Canyon home.

This space was designed for real life. The chaos, the guests, the lazy Sundays, all of it. Especially with three boys living here!

When we really understand how clients want to live, the end result always feels more personal and works so much better for the family long term. And the blue sectional with the terracotta rug was such a fun color combination to bring into this Miami, Coral Gables home.

Though residential is our specialty, we do commercial spaces too… this chiropractor office being one of them. This wall was very intentional. The chiropractor wanted to be able to see when new patients arrived, but still have some separation so he could stay focused on the patient he was with.

We worked closely with Nathanial Smith at Solid Rock Builders to create this custom wall. The check blocks give privacy while still allowing visibility through the space, creating a solution that feels both functional and open.
