A few subtle changes made a huge impact in this dining space. Removed excess furniture, added updated décor, hung tall curtains to draw the eye up, and brought in a large faux tree to add warmth and life to the room.

The homeowner wanted to keep the dining set because it has sentimental value, so instead of replacing it, we designed around it. Once the glass top is removed, the space will feel even more updated while keeping a piece that means something to her.

Proof that you don’t always need a full makeover to completely transform a space.

For this partial stage, we removed bulky outdated furniture and relocated existing pieces from throughout the home to create a more intentional layout. Updated using neutral décor, pillows, and an area rug to refresh the space, while bookshelf styling and supplemental décor added the finishing touches.

Layout matters! No diagonal rugs, no disconnected furniture placement just a more open, inviting, and functional space.

Using some of the home’s existing furniture, we removed bulky clutter and added bedding, art, rug, décor, and select furniture pieces to create a more polished, inviting look showcasing a dramatic transformation that highlights its full potential.

This Canyon Lakes home already had great bones, a desirable location, and plenty of charm. With strategic partial staging, we highlighted its best features and helped it stand out to buyers.
