Dominique Earns a Values Award
When a customer arrived at our Passaic workroom seeking assistance with several documents required by his management company, including a COI, licensing information, scope of work documentation, and an addendum agreement, Dominique immediately stepped in to help. The customer had been unable to navigate the process through email and was concerned that delays could impact his project.
Rather than directing the customer elsewhere or asking him to return another day, Dominique stayed after hours to personally assist him. She patiently guided him through the required paperwork, ensured all documentation was completed correct and verified that everything needed to move the order forward was in place.
Throughout the interaction, Dominique demonstrated what it means to Own It by taking responsibility for the customer's experience and seeing the issue through to completion. She also showed that We Care by going above and beyond to provide support, simplify a complicated process, and ensure a positive outcome.
