I found online a large wooden dog crate company. I decided to message and ask about warranty as well as about dogs that chew.

LITERALLY NO ONE COMES CLOSE TO MATCHING OUR 10yr WARRANTY!!! 

Please, ask these questions. Very important, 10 questions that can not only keep your pups safer but can also make the crate last longer.

1) Do you offer a warranty?
CWA answer: Yes, a 10-year warranty that covers anything inside the dog crate, as well as any structural defects.

2) How thick is the framework and the thickness of the doors?
CWA answer: 1.5” thick.

3) Do you offer custom sizing to exact dimensions?
CWA answer: Yes, we build each crate to the exact size they are ordered.

4) Do you ship the items?
CWA answer: Yes, we ship all across the US.

5) What do you offer for protection from scratching or chewing?
CWA answer: Yes, all of our crates come standard with a Chew Guard package that protects all the wood inside the crate from scratching and chewing.

6) What material is the flooring made with?
CWA answer: We have built-in hard and durable plastic flooring.

7) Approximately how many dog crates have you built?
CWA answer: Close to 600.

8)What options do you have for the top of the dog crate?
CWA answer: Standard tops are pine wood that can be stained/painted any color when ordering, live edge/straight cut hardwoods, barnwood, exotic wood, butcher block, epoxy/resin tops including resin river tops.

9) What are the bars made with?
CWA answer: Solid metal round bars that are welded into a frame.

10) For a double/triple dog crate, is the divider removable?
CWA answer: With the metal bar divider, it is removable; solid dividers are not removable.

It’s day one for recovery. I had my gallbladder removed yesterday. Which normally wouldn’t be too rough I hear. But when you are allergic to all the meds for pain, it makes it rough. So incredibly blessed to have my wife by my side. As well as my daughter and granddaughter for coming down to help with recovery. Meds might not help much right now, but seeing my granddaughter smiling sure helps.

Please be careful where you buy from. This fake company posted pictures of our crates and when I messaged them they tried to sell them to me. Also listed that they are foldable. Our crates are NOT foldable. Our crates also come fully assembled.

We love how this crate turned out. Customer sent us a design idea for this style. The dog side is a 54” crate, with oversized drawers and a side cabinet. This is heading to Kansas City. Can’t wait to see pictures of their dog in his/her new crate. 🐕🐶🇺🇸
