That was quite the load! 892 board feet on this order! All cut in one evening with the help of Steve Wargel, Eric and myself. Got the load delivered to our customer who seemed very pleased about the turnaround time. All in all it was a great experience for all of us!

Looks like we’ve got a lot of poplar to cut in the coming weeks. There’s even some maple and cherry in there too.

Well, we had a huge ash on the sawmill yesterday. Got quite the stack of lumber now. We also cut a hedge apple! The pictures don’t do it any justice, imagine the tip of a yellow highlighter!😳 no joke, it was neon yellow while cutting. Beautiful wood!

Another successful run on the mill yesterday!
Going to do it again today. We’ve almost got the kiln full, just a couple more trees and it should be at capacity! ❤️
