Come enjoy the holiday decor, soak up some Christmas inspiration, and see how the season is coming together in my home! The decorated spaces are the heart of this open house—and I’ll also have a little mini market where you can shop one-of-a-kind holiday pieces from The Joyful Magnolia.

Join me Saturday, November 7, from 11 AM–5 PM for holiday inspiration, shopping, and light refreshments.

🎟️ Advance tickets are $5 and include a $10 shopping credit to use at the mini market. You can also purchase a ticket at the door, but the shopping credit is a thank-you for purchasing ahead.

The things you don’t see behind the pretty finished photos… 😂

Just casually fixing one little thing on the sconce and then DADGUMMIT. 💥

Apparently my natural response to busting my butt is to stand back up, pretend absolutely nothing happened, and immediately continue decorating. 🤣

Until about 30 seconds later when my body was like… ma’am, that freaking HURT. 💀😂

Anyway, the sconce survived. I survived. And now you know what goes on behind the scenes at The Joyful Magnolia. 😂

Sometimes you don’t need something new… you just need to see what you already have a little differently. 🤎

I’ve had this mirror for years, and while there was absolutely nothing wrong with it, the white just wasn’t working with the warm, collected direction I’m taking our bedroom.

A little Satin Espresso, the tiniest touch of Rub ’n Buff on the edges, and suddenly she feels like she was MADE for this room. 😍

And then I brought in that olive tree + little hidden light and GOOD GRIEF. That corner finally has the cozy, moody feeling I’ve been chasing.

This is exactly why I love decorating slowly—using what I already have, changing things when they no longer feel right, and watching a room come together one layer at a time.

The Decade Room is officially taking shape. 🤎

Shopping with me is basically just a series of “wait… I could do something with that.” 😂🛒

A few decor finds, the ongoing hunt for the exact right colors, another unexpected meeting with the wicker family, and a shopping assistant who apparently decided his shift was over. 😂

But that plaid find?? 👀 Just remember you saw it here first because I have plans. 🤭

Some shopping trips are for what you need. Mine are apparently for finding things I can turn into something else. 😂
