CHICKEN TERIYAKI SLOW COOKER RECIPE:

- 3 lb chicken thighs
- 1 lb green beans
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tsp bouillon
- 2 cups water
Slow cook on high 4-5 hours!

Mr. Solomon’s Sardine Fried Rice Recipe
- 1 tin sardines
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1.5 cups day old rice from the fridge
- 2 eggs
- Soy sauce
- Furikake
- Rice vinegar
- Teriyaki sauce
Sauté all ingredients together in a pan and serve warm!

Caprese Salad Recipe 🍅 :
- 1 bunch of basil leaves
- 1 to 2 large or 1 cup or small tomatoes
- 2 balls of burrata
- salt and pepper to taste
- drizzle of olive oil
- drizzle of balsamic glaze
Assemble your ingredients on a plate and serve cold! If you are prepping this ahead, wait to spread the burrata and add the oil / vinegar until serving.
