We are incredibly thankful for God’s blessings and the continued growth of Diamond Phoenix Drips. As we get busier, appointments are now required to ensure every client receives the time, attention, and quality care they deserve.
A 10-minute grace period will be allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late—even by 1 minute—your appointment will need to be rescheduled, as our time is valuable and so is yours.
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $25 rebooking fee.
