I finally got my little home office somewhat set up and my xtool laser running again 🥰

I started by making teacher gifts and school magnets for my kids. I will share later if you’d like to purchase any for your family✂️✏️📚

I have loved my laser since we have bought it and have used it for both personal items and business items. Xtool is the brand. If you are interested in a laser as a hobby I highly recommend this brand

Daythe life of a alpaca, goat and 3 kid mom 🤣

Right before back to school party I decided to spray the barn. This spray has helped tremendously with keeping the flies down.

We use a 1 gallon pressure sprayer to do it. Thanks CW hardware. These are great for tons of things!

I do recommend wearing a mask and eye protection/sunglasses at least while spraying. It smells very strong. Also make sure your water source for animals is removed or covered.

I put the brand we use in the comments. There are a variety of sprays but this one has worked for us. If you have a different recommendation of spray please pass it along. This is the first year we have used a spray and it truly has helped !

We wrapped up summer with a trip to — The Great Wolf Lodge in the Poconos 😊

If you ever plan a trip to this location, here are a few things we learned along the way:

• Easy drive on 80 — truly a straight shot, no stress.
• Plan for a walk from parking — bring a collapsing wagon or a suitcase with wheels to save your arms.
• Bring your own towels — you can rent them, but it’s cheaper to bring your own and just rent a locker.
• Pack snacks and drinks — every room has a fridge and hotel is very relaxed about bringing stuff in, which is a lifesaver.
• Hit the buffet early — trust me, those lines get wild.
• Know the height limits — most slides are 42”, some 48”, and littles can ride with an adult.
• Arcade > mini golf — mini golf goes fast, but the arcade kept everyone happy.
• Everything is onsite — food, coffee, entertainment, Build‑A‑Bear, bowling… once you’re there, you’re set.
• Save up for it…save save save— it’s worth the splurge

We had the best time soaking up those last summer memories — 10/10 would do it again.

Now it’s time to settle back into fixing up our house & getting ready for fall 🌲💦🍁🍂

Let’s try the pool noodle faux flower trick I learned on Pinterest 😊🌻🌺

I want to fill my porch planter with bright pinks and greenery to offset and also match our bushes.

After doing this I would get more pool noodles next time since these were skinny and I would get the faux plants on Amazon since it would be cheaper in bulk. But overall it was easy and did what I needed. The noodles allow you to not only put the flowers in the holes but you can stick them in the sides. Worth trying!
