Had some scrap pine, so I decided to make a little seascape. Cut the board into four sections; stained each section its respective color; then I rejoined the sections with a little wood glue. As a little experiment, I ran the palm sander over it after it was stained. I was hoping to give it a weathered feel. Did I succeed?
