Shopping alert! Woodmere’s holiday pop up is a bonbon shop for kids and grownups alike. Represented area artists and designers include .barag .sanchez92 Just like the museum’s collection the shop team searched for offerings that tell the story of Philadephia creatives and their creations. The books have arrived!! Woodmere: Telling the Story of Philadelphia’s Art and Artist is finally here, and just in time for the opening of the new Frances M. Maguire Hall .

Writing the book was an honor and a tremendous collaborative endeavor. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who shared their time, stories, and trust. What we ended up with isn’t just a book about art — it’s a love letter to this city’s creative heartbeat.

Hoping this is one of many more projects that celebrate the passion of people and organizations shaping art and culture past and present. Special shoutout to , the incredible Woodmere staff including Laura Heemer, Amy Ferracci, Marie Latham, Hildy Tow and Rick Ortwein. The editorial/ design team of Barb Barnett, Kelly Tenan and Gretchen Dykstra. And our printer in Slovenia, Greenleaf.

This year's InLiquid benefit beats all! Won't you join me for EAT on 3/20 or BASH the finale on 3/22? Get your tickets now and support art, artists, and this small but mighty nonprofit.

The Dina Wind Art Foundation is proud to be a sponsor of InLiquid's annual fundraiser auction, March for Art!

Until March 22, over 300 works of fine art are curated in one room, where InLiquid hosts a variety of events to connect the area’s artists and arts professionals with the general public.
‍
Unlike many charity auctions, InLiquid splits the proceeds from each sale with the artists so that proceeds directly benefit the community and InLiquid’s non-profit mission.

Artists seem to be a different breed when it comes to promoting their own work. At least that’s true of the one I live with. So I invite you to check out John’s new website (JohnNazarewycz.com) highlighting the oil paintings and conte drawings he has created here at Falls Roadhouse over the past couple years. Thank you Robin Goffman of Studio RBG (RobinGoffman.com) for your graphic design talent. A shout out to Ed Wheeler for the leap portrait. Also grateful to Jack Ramsdale for his professional photography services.
