Some close ups from a recent kid’s room mural. Mom and dad wanted a really special and cheeky mural that their beautiful son could keep discovering as he grew. Lots of Easter eggs!!

For the design process, we had an initial conversation that covered all her wild ideas. I extracted some key patterns, then I sent a questionnaire to the parents. These included questions asking about their favorite kids books, important memories, family traditions, plus color palette reactions and any other whim they had. They gave me grace to play with ideas, and some even unraveled as I spent the weekend painting this room.

All in all, it’s one of the most special murals I’ve done, and I’m excited to see how this baby boy interacts with it. Let me know what themes and characters you can spot! And what you would have liked if this mural were made for you as a kid.

Wishing a big old happy birthday to my media naranja and the backbone of Casscabell Art, Diego.

An AWARD WINNING tattoo artist who knows his way around perfectly transferring designs, prepping work stations, cleaning up mistakes, and pushing me to put out the best work without cutting corners. A true blue Argentina fan, named after Maradona himself, who on every job has his mate 🧉and a homemade sweet treat 🥐 (he always offers to clients many kind have been blown by his medialunas).

An art lover, a traveler, a kind father, and truly a great friend to those he loves. Happiest of solar returns, a special thanks to Messi and the Argentine team for really pulling through with his birthday gift, a World Cup game win.

To many more travels and laughs and murals and connections.

We make do wherever….on the street, hanging from a scaffold, hands steady, abs engaged, velvet gloves on, baby ✨ tho in the hotter season gloves come off and we embrace the sweat.

Painting for live painting event. (Pardon the tentative photos, taking photos of art in the dark 🫣)

This is an idea I’ve been wanting to do for a couple months….and I am putting the call out to anyone that has a public facing wall and wants this as a basis of a mural. I would loooove to paint this somewhere permanent.

DM me if interested.

PS this piece will be up for auction in the fall.

Some sweet moments from a recent Madeline inspired mural for a wee baby. Elephants on the Brooklyn bridge?? From a real fact that elephants walked the bridge to show people it was trustworthy. A melancholic Shakespearean crocodile drinking tea, rabbits running with gold chains and an Argentina 🇦🇷 soccer jersey (teehee), a fox and a pig having a moment, a frolicking fire house, some trompe d’loeil (the baby bird!!!!!!) and many other fun moments. Which is your favorite??

Revisiting some older work I never promoted enough at the time 🌿

This was a hand-painted storefront mural for a local spa, designed to feel soft and calming. I wanted it to add privacy and atmosphere while still letting the space feel open and peaceful.

It’s very cool how hand-painted details can make a business feel more special. AI can’t do this s**t! (More on my AI use soon, it’s a constant conversation I’m having with myself)

Available for window painting, interior murals, storefront details, and custom artwork for local businesses.
