Unlacquered brass is simply brass in its pure form - without any protective coating. Protective coating on outdoor faucets can peel, scratch or wear down over time and I would rather my faucets gain a nice patina that radiates luxury rather than looking broken! These California Faucets fixtures are solid, heavy and will withstand the elements gracefully!

The backsplash is CMU blocks cut to a curved shape. A channel was cut precisely for the tile and the tile set into it then microcement was applied around the tile and sealed. It took weeks of worth and weeks of designing this very detail and it brings me joy daily ❤️

We are huge cooks and love to entertain so you bet that 4 ft grill is filled with thai style grilled chicken and I’m making sticky rice on the side burner! We love our fire magic appliances and now I never have to cook greasy meat inside the house 🙌

Turned this muddy unused portion of our yard into our favorite place to be! The outdoor kitchen features 48” grill, side burner, fridge, ice maker, drawers and a built in paper towel holder. The heaters allow us to have dinner out there every night and we have .homewares furniture that is so comfortable!

This door was fairly complicated because we had to get the shape just right in order to fit a keypad lock and door k**b while also making sure you couldn’t fit your arm through the holes and break in 😂

I trial as many of my ideas out at home before I start implementing them in my client projects but I think this one is a MUST for families with kids! Moms tell me all about the number of damp pool towels strewn across your house all summer 🤪 I prefer if they just dry outside, hang them up outside then run into the house to change. Also do you wash a pool towel that’s been used to dry off once?
