Nothing grounds and defines a space like a good rug! We created this breakfast nook out of a tight spot by the guest suite kitchenette and envisioned a couple sipping coffee while watching surfers wipe out 🏄‍♂️😂 It’s the SoCal version of people watching!

We got full creative license for this luxury ocean front short term rental and we went full on eclectic meets coastal mid century and had so much fun with sculptural pieces, lime wash and art! It’s meant to feel completely different than your home and make you feel like you can disconnect from work and connect with friends and family!

Our Moonlight Beach project just got wrapped up in a pretty bow but let’s dive into what it takes to get there! This 4 bed, 4 bath luxury short term rental had over 600 pieces of furniture and decor that we had to order, track, inspect, store, deliver and install! It takes a team to file claims on damaged items, track down items that are lost, coordinate the delivery and then be there to vacuum under rug pads, hang art, make beds and hardest of all - assemble the barbecues and TV’s!

When we say we’re a full service studio we mean it!! We sweat so you can move into clean, furnished, functional home!

Love to do this in our guest bathrooms because the continuous flow of flooring makes the room feel larger and lets the end of the room pull the eyes’ focus.

You don’t have to have cords and hot curling irons sitting on your countertop cooling down and looking like a mess everyday! They stay plugged in and can heat up and cool down in that metal canister.
outlet also has a safety feature that turns the power off to the outlet when it drawer is closed so no fire hazard 🔥
