新年会の準備。
今日のまかないは「年越した蕎麦」😅😅😅

お蕎麦は乾麺でさほど美味しくないけれど、そばつゆはかなり気合を入れてしっかり出汁をとって作ったのでおいしい。

東海岸フィラデルフィア、息子宅にいます。
お弁当箱ひとつ持参。これから機会がある度に食事をお弁当に詰めてみようと思います。
題して、”Philly Bento" フィリー弁当！
到着したばかりで冷蔵庫はスカスカ。保存食も作り置きもない日の第一回目のフィリー弁当は「親子丼弁当」
さて、明日はなにかな・・・・お楽しみに

Colomba
イタリア🇮🇹、イースター菓子パン、鳩の形のコロンバ。クリスマスに食べるパネトーネのイースター版ということらしい。コロンバは鳩という意味。
先月イタリアで買いました。
パンの生地にオレンジピールを練りこみ、鳩の形をした紙の型に入れ、アラレ糖やアーモンドをトッピング。して焼きあげます。 復活祭の日に食べるデザート。

Annual mochi making Wahiawa Ryusenji Soto Mission
今年も恒例餅つき&セール。
コロナ前の半分の量、約200キロの鏡餅、小餅ができました。
おまけに日本語学会の子ども達も餅つき体験があり、楽しそうでした。
これで今年も歳神さまを迎えられます。
