I love this quote it resonates deeply, with one of my core messages of no shame. It is through the witnessing and acceptance of who we are as we are that we are assisted in our transmutation and growth. For me nonjudgment is so important as someone who holds space for others if I am judging you then can I truly be of embodied service.

As you traverse these shifts... Things may come up because they cannot go with you...
Most people emphasize the people the things that cannot go with you...
Yet there are beliefs also that CANNOT Go where spirit is guiding you ...
These beliefs have assisted you thus far, they have even helped you survive...
Where you are going, actually, where you are right at the door way of... NOW
There will be no more surviving...
There will be THRIVING
So when these beliefs come up as we traverse the inner and outer workings of our souls and our journies...
Know they arent coming up to be bypassed...
But they are wanting you to take a deeper look and finally truly REWRITE
Your very own story...
Because They Cannot Go With You...
They can be honored
They can be loved on....
They CANNOT go with you tho...
You yourself are going where you never been...
Not only have those old beliefs never been...
They are actually Afraid of where you are now and where you are going...
