🌿 Ingredients:
1 cup cilantro (stems okay, rinsed well)
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1–2 green chilies (adjust to spice level)
1–2 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger, peeled
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
Juice of 1/2 lime (or more to taste)
1/2 cup plain yogurt (for base: optional, for a creamier feel)
Salt to taste (optional adjustment after blending)

🌀 Instructions:
