Rafter tail mounted awning. Really awesome brackets and a really great product. However, when an awning motor fails and you can't get it back in, tremendous forces act on the mounting points. This one barely survived. The customer faced a costly repair. They waited three weeks before calling. If they had reached out sooner, I would have come the same day to get it in, and they would have been out a couple hundred bucks since their motor was under warranty.

Another beautiful day repairing shades. This was actually a repair of an install from a few years ago.

The original installers botched the whole thing, no fault to them, this isnt a job for everyone! Luckily the manufacturer stepped up when they didn't have to and replaced almost all the components and we were called to put them into place.

We look forward to maintaining the integrity of this shade going forward.

You’re right if you said yes. Somebody thought it was a good idea to splice this reel (not the manufacturer) leading to terrible creases in this fabric.

In situations like this it requires an entire new shade. If this is happening to you contact us. We can get you set up right.

Luckily futureguard has, imo - the best warranty service I’ve ever dealt with. Awesome folks over there with an GREAT product.

This was an installation we did 1,666 miles from home in the heart of music, NashVegas, Tennessee. We finished in 3 days on a two man crew, installing motorized exterior shades. These particular shades have a transparent center with opaque top and bottom. This will help customers enjoy the great outdoors while still getting the comforts of being indoors.

We look forward to going back to Nashville soon and doing more work within the businesses there to create a more welcoming environment for their customers.
