We just finished up a cake pop order!! We have 36 cake pops made with white cake from scratch along with homemade buttercream. Half dipped in white chocolate and half in milk chocolate!

Working on a new bread recipe. Fresh made Brioche bread, it’s absolutely incredible!! My family sliced it and used for homemade sloppy joes 🤤

Thank you so much for all the new likes and follows!! I haven’t posted in a bit, I’m recovering from a cervical spinal fusion.
Here’s a lil back story and actually how Bean’s Baked Goods came about!
Over the summer I started my dream job working at an absolutely incredible bakery, I was in heaven!! I loved my boss and co-workers so much, it was truly my happy place and my “home”. In December I ruptured a disc in my neck and lost 60% of the use of my hands and arms. I couldn’t squeeze a piping bag or decorate cookies, it was so bad!! Unfortunately, the bakery wasn’t doing too good either and had to close 😭😭. With me unable to do the bakery basics, I couldn’t go apply anywhere else until I got fixed. I decided to start baking as much as I can from home and doing what my body will allow. I finally got into a neurosurgeon on February 4th. They said surgery was my only option, the disc had ruptured and was on my spinal cord, it had to be removed. I had surgery on February 19th, they did a fusion with disc replacement. This is actually my 3rd fusion. I suffer from a degenerative spinal disease that causes my vertebrae to break and discs to rupture. I just wasn’t expecting a cervical fusion this time, my other are lumbar spinal fusions. Anywho I’m finally on the mend and trying to get back at as much as my body will allow. I’m doing a lot of breads at the moment, it’s less arm work for me. Give me a few more weeks and I will have cake pops, cakes, cupcakes, cookie cakes, more marshmallows in various flavors, basically anything and everything I can make!! I’m going crazy and ready to be baking again!! Here’s a few things I’ve been doing to stay busy.
Homemade “sandwiches”- made up breakfast burritos, some fresh bread dough - stuffed some with turkey and cheese, some bacon and cheese, and some with sausage/egg/cheese, they are incredible!! I tried making cinnamon rolls and danishes, that wasn’t a good idea..and of course our bread loaves. Also did some caramel sauce for our cold brew lattes and some chocolate sauce for chocolate milk 🤤
Give me just a wee bit longer and I can make yall whatever you want!!

We have cookie boxes for sale at Harvest Hub!!! Each box has 2 chocolate chip cookies, 2 M&M cookies, 2 red velvet cookies, 2 chocolate dipped butter cookies, 1 fudge brownie square, and 1 chocolate dipped vanilla bean marshmallow.
We also have some delicious no bake cookies and our vanilla bean marshmallow pops available!
Huge shoutout to my amazing momma for helping me assemble the boxes this morning, isn’t she the cutest 🥰

Y’all, we have way too many muffins left in our bakers case!

Remember this is the month that we try the suggestions. If there isn’t a good response, it won’t make the cut to be a staple in the future!
