This retired couple wanted to turn their house into their forever home.
The builder reached out to me to create a floor plan.
Starting as a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath ranch, no garage, no dining room, just a small simple home,
we created a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home including a two car garage with storage room, a functional mudroom/laundry room just off the garage, formal dining room, sunroom, vaulted ceilings, gorgeous double entry doors with foyer and much more.
This semi open layout is ideal for homeowners that enjoy hosting family and friends, and also maintain privacy.
Once a simple bedroom with a reach in closet, this couple now has their own master retreat with his and her closets leading to a full master bathroom along with his and hers vanities.
I am beyond thrilled for this well deserving family.
