VIRGINIA CITY- We're coming back!

Join us at The Mackay Mansion for the 2nd Annual Halloween & Oddities Market with The Menagerie Oddities Market where we'll be offering two spooktacular insect pinning classes. Choose from a Death's Head hawkmoth or a scorpion, or treat yourself and do both!

All classes are beginner friendly and require no previous experience. We will cover everything you need to know to position and mount a real insect specimen from start to finish. Class will include your specimen, pinning kit, shadowbox frame, and access to the Kristin Silver digital class to take home. Bonus: all scorpions include a black light so you can have your very own light show at home!

Ginger and Raven is the latest shop in Sacramento to feature bugs by Silver Moon Curiosities!

Join me to take a peek through this beautiful space. This shop is filling a much needed void in the area for accessibly priced oddities, botanicals, natural science items and locally curated artisan wares.

The owner hopes to host workshops and local vendors markets in the future, stay tuned for announcements in the future!
