Oh man, this concoction turned out so yummy! Partly cooked and partly fresh veggies, charred Mediterranean yogurt marinated chicken thighs on the grill, and Mediterranean style vinaigrette. The idea popped in my head earlier this week. I love coming up with new concoctions! So so good. 🤤
