Worked along side my favorite person today to remove the engine from my Scrambler, we made a lot of progress, but need to buy a new clutch for her before we put the new (to her) engine in.
It’s gonna be a topless summer if I can help it!

Made a version of this for dinner, I used a Alfredo sauce -and subbed ricotta, mild cheddar and Mozzarella for the cheeses.
Hopefully the fellers like it!
