Where are my Pumpkin Spice lovin' folks?? Have I ever got something for you then!! A fellow consultant friend just shared this and I WILL be making this! And, it's Keto friendly too!!
My fall/winter drink is Pumpkin Spice Latte. I make the Pumpkin Spice creamer and it will lasts for a couple of weeks in the fridge (see pic). Make the things you eat and drink interesting. Quality and variety will help keep you on track! You won't feel deprived of anything.
***RECIPE***
1 quart Half n Half
1 c. Pumpkin Puree
1/4 c. Heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
3 dashes Cinnamon
Sweet to taste with Sugar-free syrup...I like Carmel Pecan
Warm (not boil) until completely blended, let cool and refrigerate. I use my Pampered Chef Deluxe Cooking Blender and it only takes 5 minutes on sauce setting. You can still do it the hard way on the stovetop with a wisk. There are about 3 carb per generous serving.
Note: I add a pack of PC Pea Protein in mine.
