My heart is broken. My Mike, my favorite person in the world, my best friend, the one I could talk to about anything, the friend that understood me more than anyone else, you left this world too soon. You exuded such intoxicating energy that made everyone around you feel incredible. Its no wonder so many people consider you their bestie, you had the biggest heart and you were there for all of us. I will cherish all of the amazing times we had together. I will continue to shower your husband, Nic () with all of the love I have inside me. I know we all feel a big piece of ourselves is missing without you here, but I will continue to carry your love with me through life. I feel so fortunate to call you my best friend. You were the kindest person, I don’t know what I’ll do without you here.
On July 2nd, passed away from an unexpected cardiac event after a week long battle in the hospital. He was young and healthy. The doctors have no real explanation for how this happened. We have setup a GoFundMe campaign to help cover funeral and hospital costs, and to provide support for Mike’s husband Nic and the Heslin family in this time of heartbreak.
