🌦️ Market days are always an adventure.

Looking at this picture of me sitting at our booth, you'd never know that around me there were over 100 vendors, food trucks, Touch A Truck vehicles, shoppers, kids exploring, and a whole lot of small businesses spending their Saturday doing what they love.

You'd also never know that about 10 minutes after this picture was taken, Mother Nature decided she'd had enough and sent a front barreling our way.

When the wind started picking up, everyone jumped into action. Vendors were scrambling to secure products, pack displays, and save canopies. We got everything loaded up quickly and even had a chance to help our neighbors get their canopy secured and packed away before things got too wild.

Thankfully, we managed to get completely loaded before the rain really started. Even better, we somehow stayed ahead of the storm all the way back to Pleasanton, which meant we were able to get everything unloaded at home before the rain caught up to us.

Phew.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported local businesses today, and to all the vendors who helped each other when things got exciting. That's one of my favorite things about these markets — even when the weather doesn't cooperate, people do.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to shower off the day and enjoy the rain from inside the house. 😅

It's a beautiful morning, the weather is perfect, the food trucks are getting fired up, and we've already made our first important stop of the day for an Iced Milky Way from The Milkhouse booth. ☕️⭐️

🏀⚫️🩶 Game 3 was on the TV, the laser was running, and another Spurs tumbler was coming to life.

And what a game it was.

With the Spurs grabbing a huge Game 3 win, we spent the evening cheering, stressing, celebrating, and engraving all at the same time.

There's something oddly satisfying about watching a design slowly appear line by line, especially when it's for a playoff run that's got all of San Antonio buzzing.

Whether you're headed to a watch party, cheering from the couch, or just need your coffee to taste a little more victorious, we've still got time to help get you game ready.

🏀 Spurs Finals Fever is alive and well in South Texas!

We engraved one of these Spurs Finals tumblers and made sure it got into our customer's hands in time for Game 1 tonight. Surely after, someone else saw it and wanted the exact same design for themselves.

So we fired up the laser again and got a second one engraved and delivered so they could be game ready too!

We're located right here in Pleasanton, Texas, and there's still time to get your Spurs gear ready for the Finals.

We currently have a few tumblers on hand available for engraving, or if you already have a favorite tumbler, bring it by! We can engrave most powder coated tumblers and drinkware.

This one started with our “IDK Make It Awesome” Custom Badge Tumbler Request Form and turned into something completely personal.

Anthony gave us the vibes: superheroes, anime, Chicago Bears, Toy Story, music, dad energy, inside jokes, and a little friendly competition with Serenity. From there, we built a custom badge tumbler designed around his personality from start to finish.

Every badge was created to tell part of his story, and seeing him love the final result means everything.

Today was the 2nd Annual Heart of a Dinosaur Golf Tournament and I was honestly caught off guard and incredibly thankful to receive this custom plaque in recognition of the work I do with the organization.

Over the last year, Heart of a Dinosaur has become so much more than “just social media work” to me. What started as helping with a website and a few posts turned into being part of something that genuinely matters to our community and to families walking through some incredibly difficult moments.

From building and maintaining the website, creating graphics and sponsor spotlights, managing social media, helping promote events, creating awareness posts about CHD, designing materials, photographing moments throughout events, and helping tell the stories behind the mission… every part of it has been done with a lot of heart because I truly believe in what this organization stands for.

One of the things I love most about Heart of a Dinosaur is that it never feels like numbers, likes, or “content.” It feels personal. It feels human. It feels like community showing up for community.

Receiving this recognition today meant a lot, but honestly, being trusted to help carry Hayden’s legacy forward and help support children and families affected by congenital heart defects has always been the real reward.

Huge thank you to the Davis family, the McDowell family, and everyone involved with Heart of a Dinosaur, all of the sponsors, volunteers, golfers, and supporters who continue to make this event and mission possible year after year.

This project started as notebook doodles. Now it’s a custom engraved piece.

We love that moment when someone says, “Wait… you can do THAT from THIS?!” The answer is yes.

You don’t have to have a perfectly polished design. You don’t have to know exactly what you want. You don’t even have to be “good at drawing.”

Send the rough sketch. Send the half idea. Send the photo from your camera roll with circles and arrows all over it. That’s enough.

We’ll refine it, clean it up, and make it laser ready. Then we’ll turn it into something you can actually hold in your hands, hang on your wall, etc.

Your idea doesn’t have to be finished. It just has to start.
