BAKED FETA 🧀✨😊

Feta is great in anyway but have you ever thought about eating it this way?

INGREDIENTS (2 people):
• 1 block of feta
• 4 sheets of phyllo dough
• Olive oil
• Thyme and cayenne pepper
• Sesame and poppy seeds
• Honey

RECIPE :
• Cut a block of feta cheese in half so that you have one slice per person.
• Place a slice on two stacked sheets of pastry covered with olive oil.
• Close by wrapping the feta in the pastry sheets.
• Brush the envelopes with olive oil, sprinkle with sesame and poppy seeds before baking for 20 minutes at 350F
• Serve a generous drizzle of honey 🍯

Banana Cake Recipe
Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup buttermilk (or milk with 1/2 tsp vinegar)
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. This should take about 3-4 minutes.

Add Eggs and Bananas: Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the mashed bananas and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Mix Together: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with the buttermilk. Start and end with the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serve: Slice and enjoy your moist and flavorful banana cake!

Chocolate Fudge Cake 🤎🤍

2 eggs
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1/3 cup oil
½ cup yogurt
2tsp vanilla
1cup flour
1/3cup cocoa powder
1tsp baking soda
1/2tsp baking powder
1/4tsp salt
1/2cup hot coffee

FROSTING:
5tbsp butter, softened
180g chocolate
2/3 cup cream
1tsp vanilla
2tbsp cocoa
3 cups icing sugar

Preheat oven to 400F. Whisk eggs with sugars and all the liquid ingredients, except coffee. Whisk dry ingredients in a separate bowl and sift into the egg batter. Whisk till just mixed through. Gently whisk in the coffee. Pour into an oiled and paper lined 8’ square tin, tap the tin on the counter to release air bubbles and bake for 30-35 minutes of till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with very crumbs attached. Let the cake cool completely.

FROSTING:
Whisk butter, icing sugar and cocoa powder for 2-3 minutes. In a separate bowl, microwave cream and chocolate till chocolate melts. Pour the chocolate mixture into the butter and sugar. Whisk till very well combined. Cover flush with piece of clingfilm and refrigerate for 1 hour at least. Lightly whisk before using.
To assemble, let the cake cool completely. Pour over the frosting and smooth with a spatula. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Ingredients:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
6-8 tablespoons ice water
For the Cherry Filling:

4 cups fresh or frozen cherries, pitted
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
1 tablespoon butter, to dot
Instructions:

Make the Pie Crust:

In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar. Add the cubed butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually add ice water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until the dough comes together. Divide the dough in half, shape into disks, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

For the Filling:

4-5 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
1/4 cup sugar (adjust based on sweetness of peaches)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
For Assembly:

1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tablespoon coarse sugar (for sprinkling)

King's Hawaiian Cheesecake Danish

Ingredients:
1 package (12 oz) King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup fresh fruit (berries or sliced peaches) for topping
Optional: extra powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
Prepare the Sweet Rolls:

Slice the King's Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the greased baking dish.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
