A simple Tuna sandwich with leftover tuna from fresh tuna steak steaks.
Around 36-42g protein per sandwich with 2 slices of sourdough rye bread.

A simple high protein mayonnaise dressing.
2 tbs regular mayonnaise
2 tbs greek yoghurt
1 tsp mustard
1 tbs h**p seeds

Easy High-Protein Dinner Night

Tuna and Veggie Kebabs:
Made with fresh tuna, bell peppers, and mushrooms. I tossed them in a simple marinade. Then, I just air fried them at 370°F for 10 minutes!

Protein-Packed Egg Fried Rice: Made using jasmine rice cooked ahead of time in my Dutch oven. It is a super tasty way to add extra protein to your plate!

Fresh Side Salad: Loaded with avocado, salsa, and crunchy pine nuts sautéed in extra virgin olive oil.

My Marinade Recipe:
4 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp rice vinegar
Fresh grated ginger

✨ Pro Tip: Make sure to soak your wooden skewers in water before adding the food so they do not burn in the air fryer!

Healthy cooking does not have to be hard or take all night! 😋

I forgot to include my egg & onion bagel in my last post! One of my favourites, and made just like my nanna used to make it. I used to watch her in the kitchen, she was such a special person and an incredible cook.

Warm chopped hard boiled eggs (chop with a knife) a dollop of butter, spring onions, and just a touch of mayo… it should always be quite dry. Simple food, but full of memories 😋🥰

Busy weekend in the kitchen! 🍽️

Homemade sourdough pizza made with milk in the dough for an extra protein boost, quick air-fried fresh tuna steaks marinated in sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, and fresh ginger, served with homemade sourdough flatbread.

For dessert, a simple 3-ingredient fresh blueberry ice cream with avocado! 💙🍦(the husband has no idea I put avocado in the ice cream 🤣)

And now, a sourdough rye loaf is currently proofing and almost ready for the over night cold ferment.

Simple ingredients.

Real food.
